Nonattainment Area Recommendation
Ohio EPA submitted its recommendation for nonattainment area boundaries on March 9, 2009. The recommendations are not final at this point. U.S. EPA will be reviewing Ohio's recommendation and providing a response. Subsequent communications will be updated on this website.
Attainment Demonstration
Attainment demonstrations for the 2008 revised ozone standard are not due at this time.
