Please note: Certain permits have not yet been converted. If you encounter a broken link when you try to access a particular permit, feel free to send an e-mail request to erica.engel-ishida@epa.state.oh.us to request a copy of the permit. Be sure to include "Permit Document Request" in the subject of the e-mail. Also, please identify the ten-digit air facility ID, the Permit Number, and the PDF Document ID number (the number that you clicked on that went to the broken link) in the body of the e-mail.  A PDF copy of the permit will be e-mailed to you within one business day at the latest.

Word 2007 versions of the permits are available to permit applicants or others they have delegated to in the eBusiness Center: Air Services.  Permits issued prior to July 2008 will be in other word processing formats.
