Amendments to OAC Rule 3745-21-07 were adopted on February 8, 2008 and became effective as of February 18, 2008. The amended version has been submitted to US EPA but has not been accepted as an amendment to Ohio's State Implementation Plan (SIP).The currently effective version in Ohio's SIP is linked below for historical purpose:
