Industrial Storm Water General Permit Expired Dec. 31, 2016

If you are currently covered under Ohio EPA’s Industrial Storm Water General Permit, it’s important to know that your permit expired on Dec. 31, 2016. Ohio EPA’s Division of Surface Water is finalizing a new general permit. Please know that your operations will remain covered until you’ve had a chance to renew coverage.

Surface Water Tracking, Reporting and Electronic Application Management System (STREAMS)

In July 2016 through the Agency’s eBusiness Center (eBiz), Ohio EPA’s Division of Surface Water began providing online options to submit National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit applications, permit modifications and other reports. The Surface Water Tracking, Reporting and Electronic Application Management System (STREAMS) has 17 Notice-of-Intent (NOI) electronic applications for coverage under a master general permit and additional electronic forms for general permit-specific co-permittee and individual construction lot coverage.

Inter‐Agency Partnership Helps Ohio Schools Address Lead in Drinking Water
