    DMWM Seeking Public Comment on Rule Making Effort
    DMWM is requesting interested party comments on the effective Industrial and Residual Waste regulations in OAC 3745-29 and 3745-30. Please see documents below for more information.

    C&DD Rules Still Pending Before JCARR

    To address interested party comments, the Division of Materials and Waste Management (DMWM) gave JCARR notice of intent to refile the Construction and Demolition Debris (C&DD) Rules, OAC Chapter 3745-400 on January 20, 2012. This removed the proposed draft rules from the JCARR January 23, 2012 meeting agenda. When the Construction and Demolition Debris (C&DD) Rules are refiled again with JCARR, notice will be provided through this website and the DMWM C&DD rule listserv.The responses to interested party comments will also be updated once the rules are refiled.
