Lab Accreditation

All laboratories that perform analysis under a Level 3 study plan must be accredited, and participate in annual proficiency testing.

Accreditation by one or more of these organizations is acceptable:

• United States Environmental Protection Agency
• Ohio EPA Voluntary Action Program
• National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program
• American Industrial Hygiene Association
• International Organization for Standardization
• any other governmental or private accrediting authorities that apply accreditation standards consistent with and equivalent to the organizations above
