General permit OHR000005 is the fifth generations of the Industrial Storm Water National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) General Permit.  It was public noticed on November 1, 2010.  A public meeting was held on December 16, 2010 and comments on the draft permit were accepted through the close of business on February 28, 2011.
