Compliance Assistance
a voluntary evaluation and training program wastewater treatment facilities that want to improve their effluent and/or increase their plant efficiency

Credible Data Program a.k.a. Volunteer Monitoring Program
a program that classifies surface water monitoring performed by watershed groups, state agencies, schools, local volunteers and other organizations

Enforcement
working with the regulated community to insure compliance with water quality standards

Environmental Mitigation and Special Permitting
review and follow-up mitigation required in Section 401 Certifications and Isolated Wetland Permits; review and issue Section 401 Certifications and Isolated Wetland Permits for ODOT and surface coal mining projects
