Final NPDES Permit for the Warren Wastewater Treatment Plant 

On March 19, 2012, Ohio EPA issued the final NPDES permit renewal for the Warren wastewater treatment plant.  A revised fact sheet for the permit and the Agency’s responses to comments received on the draft permit accompanied the final permit.  The new permit for the Warren plant takes effect on April 1, 2012.
