Wastewater Permit-to-Install (PTI) Program
 

When Do I Need A PTI?

A PTI is needed when a person wishes to construct any wastewater collection, storage or treatment system or wishes to modify any existing wastewater collection, storage or treatment system.

A PTI is required by the following Ohio laws (Ohio Revised Code) and rules (Ohio Administrative Code):

• Ohio Revised Code 6111.44
• Ohio Revised Code 6111.45
• Ohio Administrative Code 3745-42
